The Fourth Quarter Program separates Alabama football from other programs.
Scott Cochran was the symbol behind it for 13 years, but David Ballou and Dr. Matt Rhea have added a spin to it.

The program puts athletes through rigorous training in preparing them for spring practice. Players are running, lifting weights, bonding together, creating endurance, and locking in on team goals. Alabama came up short in its College Football Playoff National Championship meeting against Georgia, so the program may be more intense. The Crimson Tide’s program is also an early test to see which players have the discipline, leadership, perseverance, and stamina to be starters and contributors.
Several players have posted photos to social media from the Fourth Quarter Program, including Terrion Arnold, Malachi Moore, Kool-Aid McKinstry, Eli Ricks, and Jahmyr Gibbs.
