Some old-school coaches are having a rough time transitioning to the NIL age of college football.

Marquee names such as Dabo Swinney and Mack Brown have spoken about it needing to be regulated.

Nick Saban lent his voice to the matter by stating how there needs to be more oversight. Young faces in the coaching profession are finding ways to make name, image, and likeness for their programs. Saban, 70, adjusted to every challenge the sport brought him, but will NIL be too much for him? The seven-time national championship looks to conquer this obstacle as well.

Brandon Williams, COO of Touchdown Alabama Magazine, released a video on Saban and NIL. He discussed where we are in today’s college football and will NIL be the undoing of Saban. It will be interesting to watch the Crimson Tide in the fall.

Will NIL force Nick Saban into early RETIREMENT?
