The Detroit Lions have an explosive wide receiver.

Jameson Williams, an Alabama alum, goes to the Lions at No. 12 overall.

He provides big help for Lions quarterback, Jared Goff. Williams will be the No. 1 receiver for Detroit. He totaled 79 receptions for 1,572 yards and 15 touchdowns. Williams turned in one of the best single-season efforts in school history as a transfer from Ohio State.

Williams becomes the eighth first-round receiver for Alabama. He joins Julio Jones, Amari Cooper, Calvin Ridley, Jerry Jeudy, Henry Ruggs III, DeVonta Smith, and Jaylen Waddle. The Lions have a receiver that can separate from defensive backs.
