Jordon Davison visited the University of Alabama Wednesday for the first time since picking up an offer from the Crimson Tide.
Davison is a product of Mater Dei High School in California. He picked up an offer from Alabama in May during a phone call with the Tide’s wide receiver coach Holmon Wiggins. Wednesday’s visit allowed him to work out with Alabama’s running back coach Robert Gillespie at the Nick Saban Football Camp.
“It was exciting to work with coach Gillespie,” Davison told Touchdown Alabama. “He pushed me to be better every rep.”
The California product got to meet Saban during his visit, and it was a memorable moment for him.
“I was starstruck because he is one of the greatest college football coaches ever,” Davison said. “It was a great experience for me, and he is a great guy.”
Davison also got an opportunity to see some of Alabama’s facilities.
“The facilities were amazing, one of the best ones I have been in,” said Davison.
