Following his rookie season, the popularity of Patriots quarterback Mac Jones continues to grow leading into his second season.
After leading the franchise to the playoffs last year, Jones is the unquestioned future for New England and the fans appear to believe so as well.
The NFL shared on its social media that Jones’ jersey sales rank sixth in the entire league leading into 2022.

Ironically enough, Jones is one spot behind Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady who’s the man he’s succeeding in New England. The remaining four ahead of him are Steelers rookie quarterback Kenny Pickett, Raiders new wide receiver Davante Adams, Bills quarterback Josh Allen and the newly acquired Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson.
Jones is also the only quarterback in his draft class to have their jersey ranked inside the top 10 in sales and has seen better sales than former league MVP for the Chiefs Patrick Mahomes, Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert and Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow who just led his team to the Super Bowl.
