Raymond Pulido announced his commitment to Alabama football Saturday.
Pulido chose the Crimson Tide over Louisville, UCLA and others.
The four-star recruit attends Apple Valley High School in California. He is the Tide’s fifth offensive lineman pledge. The California target has been a major target for Alabama sine camping in June.
Pulido returned to UA in July for an unofficial visit. Before that visit, he said his relationship with Alabama was in a great great.
“I would say I probably have one of the better relationships with their coaching staff,” Pulido said. “They definitely feel like home in a way. I mean Alabama is Alabama for a reason and sure they got good facilities, but I respect the way they run their program.”
The four-star recruit also said he had a great relationship with Alabama’s offensive line coach Eric Wolford.
“He is a great guy,” Said Pulido when giving his thoughts on Wolford. “I think his love for the game as well as the guys and their well-being is awesome.”
At 6-foot-7 and 345 pounds, Pulido has great length, and he will have an opportunity to pay multiple positions across the offensive line at the next level.
