Robbins is the nation’s No. 1 life coach extraordinaire and business strategist. His message to the team was, “Where focus goes, energy flows.” Coach Saban appreciated the message because he wants each player to play winning football. He wants everyone focused on the team goal, excited about the process, have a competitive mindset, and be relentless on the field. As a life coach, Robbins’ main idea is to have things on common ground. When aspects of one’s life fall into place, we have a balanced person.

The message speaks true for football.
When each player is focused on their responsibility, the team can achieve its goal. Alabama football is going after a national championship. It has an opportunity to win its 19th title in school history and seventh under Saban.
