Alabama football is off to a rolling 1-0 start after defeating Utah State.

The Crimson Tide earned a 55-0 victory at Bryant-Denny Stadium over the Aggies, giving Coach Nick Saban his first 50-point shutout win in his tenure at Tuscaloosa. Tide fans saw excellence from Bryce Young, creativity from Bill O’Brien, wide receivers stepping up, defense remaining disciplined, and more positive things. Alabama needs improvement in some areas, including run-blocking on the offensive line, but Saban will clean those up in the film study.

The first batch of grades is in for the Crimson Tide.

Bryce Young – [A]

He missed some passes, but Bryce Young was phenomenal.

He tied his previous career-high of five touchdown passes in a game.

Young’s connection with Traeshon Holden, Kobe Prentice, and Jermaine Burton was strong.
