Henry Ruggs III, a former Alabama and NFL wide receiver, is back on a field running routes.

Several cameras captured the Montgomery (Ala.) native in action. During his time at Alabama, Ruggs was an electric five-star receiver. He was one-fourth of an incredible quartet with Jerry Jeudy, DeVonta Smith, and Jaylen Waddle. Ruggs assisted the Crimson Tide to a College Football Playoff National Championship in 2017 and a Southeastern Conference Championship in 2018. He got selected by the Las Vegas Raiders at No. 12 overall in the 2020 NFL Draft. Ruggs career was destined for greatness until one incident happened in 2021. He was speeding in a car in Las Vegas, going 160 miles per hour. Alcohol was involved, and Tintor’s car caught on fire shortly after Ruggs’ hit it. Ruggs would get released from the Raiders. Tintor tragically passed away, and Ruggs could face 50 years in prison if he’s convicted of killing her. He is taking this time to work back to the game he loves.

It was good seeing Ruggs get back out there.
