Alabama fans are holding their breath for junior quarterback, Bryce Young.
He suffered a shoulder injury in the second quarter against Arkansas and went to the locker room. Nick Saban said he does not know the extent of the injury, but he knows Young hurt his shoulder. The reigning Heisman winner threw his helmet on the ground in frustration after a pass and went into the medical tent. He had 173 passing yards and two touchdowns before the injury.
AJ McCarron, a former three-time BCS National Champion for the Crimson Tide, weighed in on Young’s injury via Twitter.
That fall from Bryce Young with his arm extended is 100% AC Joint and Labrum! I injured mine twice the exact same way extending my arm for the Goal line against Tenn my Senior Yr and of all teams Arkansas my first year starting!

They will shoot his shoulder up and he will be able to play through it. He has the best medical staff in the country with Dr. Cain and Best Training staff leader in the Country with Jeff Allen.

The Crimson Tide legend believes the injury is not season-ending. McCarron said it is an AC Joint and Labrum issue, but he knows Alabama has the best medical staff in college football. Jalen Milroe finished the first half as the Crimson Tide’s quarterback and looks to finish the game. Alabama has a 28-7 lead at halftime, but fans want to be sure Young is okay moving forward.
