Alabama linebacker Henry To’oto’o return to Tennessee did not go as planned, but he feels the season is a long way from over.

To’oto’o transferred to Alabama from Tennessee in 2021. He led Alabama in tackles last year during his first season with the Tide. After falling short to the Vols in Neyland Stadium Saturday, To’oto’o has his eyes set on moving forward with the season and a possible rematch with the Vols.

“Season is not done,” To’oto’o sad. “We have got a long season left. We will see them.”

Tennessee jumped out to 21-7 lead over Alabama in the first quarter. Alabama cut the Vols’ lead to eight before the half. To’oto’o said Alabama attempted to cover better and have better communication as part of its second -half adjustments.

“Just covering more, trying to get everybody on the same page, just being more aggressive, just getting all 11 guys on the same page was the biggest thing.”

To’oto’o went on to say he also knows Alabama’s defense has to improve in every facet.

“Everywhere, all across the board. Up front, the linebackers, the backend, everybody. We have all got to improve if we want to achieve the goals that we want.”

The Alabama linebacker continued to say he feels the Vols will meet the Tide again.

“We’ll see them again. We’ll see them again.”
