Alabama football is off this week, but Nick Saban continues to push for improvement from the team.

The Crimson Tide looks to get players healthy for next week against Louisiana State University, including quarterback Bryce Young. Saban stated at the Monday Morning Quarterback that the Tide is also working on self-scouting and player evaluations.

Alabama wants to run the table in the SEC West, win an SEC Championship, get to the College Football Playoff, and capture its seventh national championship of the Saban era. It can achieve all its goals if it wins out the remainder of its regular-season schedule. On Thursday, Justin Smith (lead scouting/recruiting analyst) and I of Touchdown Alabama Magazine broke down how the Tide is making sure its bye week is productive on the “Bama Elite” podcast. Check out the video above for the content.
