Sterling Dixon is ready to announce his commitment decision.
Dixon attends Mobile Christian School, and he is rated as a four-star recruit. He is expected to choose between offers from Alabama, Auburn, LSU, Georgia, Tennessee and others. He has visited Alabama, Auburn and LSU multiple times.
LSU has a lot of momentum heading into Dixon’s decision. They hosted him a couple of times this season, and the Mobile product has spoken highly of them in the past.
“I love LSU,” Dixon said. “The coaching staff treats me really well, the culture there is tremendous. They send a lot of guys to the NFL, and that’s just something I’m interested in.”
The four-star recruit has also praised his relationship with Alabama’s coaching staff.
At 6-foot-3 and 211 pounds, Dixon made a lot of plays this season. He finished the year with more than 150 tackles, 18 sacks and 39 tackles for loss. He is considered a hybrid linebacker.
