Alabama football has two concrete first-round draft picks for next April.
Bryce Young (quarterback) and Will Anderson (linebacker) have given everything to the University of Alabama.
Both arrived as five stars in the 2020 recruiting class. They assisted the Crimson Tide to a College Football Playoff National Championship as freshmen and grew as leaders. Both achieved the highest individual awards nationally and got voted as permanent team captains. Young and Anderson have one final decision left for their collegiate careers. Will both choose to participate in the Allstate Sugar Bowl against Kansas State? The matchup is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 31, at 11:00 a.m.
Alabama will take on the Wildcats at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, La. In a poll for Touchdown Alabama Magazine, Crimson Tide fans are torn on whether Young and Anderson should play or not. Fifty-three percent of fans say “No” while 47 percent feel they should. We have nearly 4,000 votes (3,985) in the poll and more will come in as people have opinions.
Should Bryce Young and Will Anderson skip the Sugar Bowl?

Yes let the young bucks get experience and see what they can improve on this upcoming offseason and use that knowledge to fight for the starting job in fall

No, for every reason that has made college football a great game and the fact that there are still some things that matter more than money. They’ll make lots of it and deserve every penny. Just don’t quit on your team.

If going pro, yes. Let others get reps. I’d suggest anyone going Pro to skip.
Need to get ready for 2023.

Finish what they started ,play smart ,and create more value for themselves as they enter the upcoming draft. Everybody disrespecting the Tide, these lames think its sweet, we got unfinished business.

Up to them and their coaches. I’d love another chance to see them play though!

I’m selfish, I want them to play; but totally understand if they don’t. RTR

Sit out & not risk getting injured or play & prove a point that Bama deserved to be in the playoff by beating KSU. 🤔
— Jake🥋 (@Lumberjake28) December 7, 2022
I would say no to get ready/not risk injury before the nfl… but a strong part of me wants them to; to prove to everyone that we deserved in the top 4 🐘💯
