Alabama fans are done with seeing Bill O’Brien run the Crimson Tide’s offense.
They are reacting on Twitter to a name they would love to see Nick Saban hire. Kliff Kingsbury, 43, got fired Monday by the Arizona Cardinals from being its head coach.
RELATED: Does Alabama target Kliff Kingsbury to replace Bill O’Brien as OC?
He is one of the brightest offensive minds in the game, and his system is friendly to quarterbacks, running backs, and wide receivers. Kingsbury coached Patrick Mahomes II, Johnny Manziel, and Case Keenum to success in college. Manziel won a Heisman Trophy in 2012 at Texas A&M and became a first-round draft pick. Mahomes set records at Texas Tech, became a first-round pick in 2017, and won the NFL’s Most Valuable Player in 2018, and captured a Super Bowl in the 2019 season.
