Alabama fans went crazy Thursday as a picture surfaced on social media, adding to the speculation of whether Jeremy Pruitt will return to Nick Saban’s coaching staff.
The photo was of Pruitt buying a truck from a Ford dealership in Fort Payne, Ala.
Crimson Tide fans immediately started thinking a potential reunion is in play for Pruitt and Alabama football. AJ Robertson, the salesman who sold Pruitt his truck, spoke to Touchdown Alabama Magazine about his experience with Pruitt at the dealership and the Alabama defensive coordinator speculation. Robertson said Pruitt did not give any indication on whether he was returning as Alabama’s defensive play-caller.

“I think he just wanted to buy a truck,” Robertson said with a laugh.
Robertson saw the photo go viral, and he would love to see Pruitt back with the Tide. As an Alabama fan, Robertson said Pruitt was ‘asked about 20 times before he left’ on whether he is coming back to Alabama.
“I hope he comes back,” he said.
Robertson said Pruitt laughed about the idea of coming back to the Tide, but he did not say yes or no.
