Tua Tagovailoa had a strong season for the Miami Dolphins in 2022 before concussions halted him.
He was the first alternate for the American Football Conference (AFC) in the Pro Bowl Games.

The exhibition will be on Sunday, Feb.5 in Las Vegas, but will Tagovailoa participate? His status was unveiled Friday, and he will not play. Marcel Louis-Jacques, an ESPN beat reporter for the Dolphins, reports Tagovailoa remains in concussion protocol.
He has been progressing through protocol. The brass of the Dolphins’ organization stand behind Tagovailoa as its starting quarterback for next season. As a University of Alabama alum, Tagovailoa is excited to see what he can do next fall.
He totaled 3,548 passing yards and 25 touchdowns last season.
