Alabama has a competitive, fiery, player developer as an offensive coordinator with Tommy Rees.

After spending six years at Notre Dame, he is excited to work with Nick Saban.

As a former quarterback, Rees possesses the skills to craft offenses that will beat any defense on the field and develop quarterbacks. He took the Fighting Irish to the College Football Playoff in the 2018 and 2020 seasons, while molding Brandon Wimbush, Ian Book, Jack Coan, and Drew Pyne into success stories as quarterbacks. In a mic’d up video on YouTube from Notre Dame, Alabama fans will sense Rees’ personality and coaching style. He loves to motivate his players, he can relate to the different music artists players listen to, he demands guys to execute plays together as a unit, he has fun with the offense, and he even gets after the officials.
