The 2023 NFL Draft is 40 days away, and former Alabama defensive lineman DJ Dale has been training hard to improve his draft stock.
Leonard Stephens of Step By Step Sports Training posted a video to Twitter of Dale going through some drills.

Dale’s draft stock has fallen slightly after what some considered to be a poor performance at the NFL Combine a few weeks ago, but he did perform well at the Senior Bowl back in February. He is projected to be a mid to late-round pick in the draft. There is plenty of time to change that with Alabama having two pro days scheduled between now and draft day. Dale is a tough, high-motor player, and he will have a chance to showcase his skills this Thursday, March 23rd at 11 a.m. CT at Alabama’s first Pro Day.
In his four years at Alabama, Dale was involved in 73 tackles, had 3 pass deflections, and had 5.5 sacks.
