With Alabama’s Pro Day taking place on Thursday, it will be one of the last times its draft-eligible prospects will have an opportunity to make an impression on each franchise.
But the case is a bit different for Crimson Tide quarterback Bryce Young who is expected to go inside the top five in the upcoming draft.
This draft cycle brings several quarterback hungry teams including the Carolina Panthers who possess the top pick. And although they will have an opportunity to meet with Young Thursday, the franchise opted to fly down early and have dinner with the 2021 Heisman Trophy winner.
The Panthers are having dinner with Alabama QB Bryce Young in Tuscaloosa tonight. In attendance: Owners David & Nicole Tepper, GM Scott Fitterer, HC Frank Reich, AGM Dan Morgan, VP Samir Suleiman, and coaches Jim Caldwell, Thomas Brown & Josh McCown.
Young's Pro Day is tomorrow.

What was discussed will likely only be known between those in the room, but what’s for certain is that selecting Young could be a franchise-altering move.
