Alabama football hit the practice field Monday to start week three of spring ball.
The Crimson Tide performed old-school physical drills at the inside linebacker position. Robert Bala, Alabama’s new inside linebackers coach, looks to get the group back to dominating teams. The Tide is preparing for its first scrimmage Friday.
