Alabama became the latest program to offer Traville Frederick Jr. Monday when Nick Saban extended an offer to him.

Frederick attends Jeanerette Senior High School in Louisiana. He is a member of the 2024 recruiting class, but he does not have a star rating on most recruiting sites. The Louisiana product is currently committed to the Tulane Green Wave.
Alabama hosted Frederick for a visit Monday, and Saban informed him of his offer during their conversation.
“It feels awesome to know since they are the greatest program in college football,” Frederick said.
Saban also discussed the junior’s playing style during their talk.
“It was exciting,” said Frederick. “You can just feel his presence. He is the greatest to ever do it. It was an honor to meet him. Coach said they were impressed with my IQ, my physicality on blocks and my athleticism.”
The Tulane commit is interested in visiting Alabama again soon and wants to return to Tuscaloosa for camp.
“I am definitely planning to go back for camp and maybe A-Day for another visit before,” Frederick said.
Frederick is listed at 6-foot-4 and 240 pounds. He is an athletic prospect with experience lining up out wide and as an in-line tight end. The Louisiana product is also an impressive route runner, who displays a feel for where to it down in zones.
