We have seen multiple offensive players for Alabama football speak highly of Tommy Rees and Eric Wolford.
Malachi Moore, a veteran defensive back, becomes the second player on defense to speak on Kevin Steele.

As the Crimson Tide’s new defensive coordinator, Steele has been impactful in spring practice. Nick Saban shared with reporters that Alabama’s defense forced four to five turnovers in the second scrimmage. Steele, 65, carries 40 years of defensive coaching experience, including several years in the Southeastern Conference. He served on Saban’s staff before at Alabama and spent time at Tennessee, LSU, and Auburn. Steele has returned toughness to the Crimson Tide’s defensive front and secondary. Moore, a senior, was excited to talk about Steele during a recent segment of “Hey Coach” via Crimson Tide Sports Network.
He said Steele ‘won’t let the defense fall from the standard.’
“[Coach Kevin Steele] doesn’t let us fall down from the standard … He says the standard is the standard and he’s not going to let us waver from that.”

“I know Coach Steele from recruiting when he was at Auburn,” Moore said.
“We have not skipped a beat since he came back. I like what he’s doing, I like what he is bringing to the defense. He is a very aggressive and tough guy. He is demanding. He is not going to let us waver from the standard.”
Some huge praise for Steele from a veteran player.
Alabama has not had an elite defense since 2017. Saban tried the Pete Golding experiment for five years, but it did not work.
Steele is doing well so far, but fans want him to be the one to have this group playing dominant again.
