Alabama offers Utah 4-Star OL Isaiah Garcia

isaiah garcia

Isaia Garcia reported an offer from Alabama football last week.

Garcia attends Corner Canyon High School in Utah. He garners a four-star rating from multiple recruiting sites, and he holds more than 20 D1 offers, including offers from USC, Utah and Oregon.

The Crimson Tide is looking to enter into the mix for Garcia with several Pac-12 programs. Alabama’s linebacker coach and its offensive line coach informed Garcia of his offer from the Crimson Tide.

“I found out when coach Robert Bala called me and handed the phone over to coach Wolf (Eric Wolford),” said Garcia. “He let me know they wanted to offer me. They want me to get out there this summer. My initial feeling was I was just shocked. As soon as the call ended, I had to ask myself what just happened. It was a crazy feeling.”

At 6-foot-5 and 280 pounds, Gracia is an athletic offensive lineman who stacks up blocks on running plays as he works down field and consistently gets to the second level. He is quick on his feet and displays great mobility, which should help him easily grow into an effective pass blocker in the future.
