Latu is now in the National Football League for the San Francisco 49ers. The Crimson Tide has seen its offense win national championships when the tight end position has been heavily involved. Tommy Rees, Alabama’s new offensive coordinator, featured all tight ends during the A-Day game. Four players at the position caught at least one pass.
