Alabama football has not had the energy or togetherness among the players in the last two years.

The program struggled with discipline, motivation, and intensity as it lost to Georgia in the 2022 College Football Playoff National Championship Game and did not make the CFP in the 2022 season. Has the bond between players returned to form a commitment to excellence? Terrion Arnold, a redshirt sophomore, posted a video to TikTok of him and his teammates having fun in the offseason weight training program. Arnold, Kool-Aid McKinstry, and Jalen Milroe — all members of Alabama’s 2021 recruiting class, were vibing together in the weight room. The best teams for the Crimson Tide in the Nick Saban era were those that possessed great team chemistry. Coach Saban said in the spring that he likes the energy and toughness of this group.

@terrion_22 If you aint having fun with it then wyd? #fyp #foryoupage #viral #bama ♬ Bitch Let’s Do It

Hopefully, the team will be all in for each other once the season starts.
