People have not looked at quarterbacks from the University of Alabama as fantasy football quarterbacks, but times have changed.

Two former Crimson Tide signal-callers, including the No. 1 overall pick from the NFL Draft, landed on the top-10 dynasty quarterbacks for fantasy football this season. Pro Football Focus had Jalen Hurts (Philadelphia Eagles) at No. 3 and Bryce Young (Carolina Panthers) at No. 10. Hurts is coming off a season where he guided the Eagles to Super Bowl LVII against Kansas City.

Philadelphia is in the picture as a Super Bowl contender. Young is a rookie, but he is in a winnable division.

He will arguably be the best quarterback in the NFC South. Carolina is excited about what it has in the California native, especially with what he did for the Crimson Tide’s program. The Panthers moved him up to the starting role in the offense.
We will see how many fantasy football owners will be happy over these two.
