Henry has served as one of the league’s most dominant running backs since 2018. He has posted four 1,000+ yard rushing seasons, including a 2,000-yard (2,027) campaign in 2020. Henry is a two-time NFL rushing champion (2019, 2020), three-time Pro Bowl selection, 2020 first-team All-Pro selection, and an NFL Offensive Player of the Year honoree. He is preparing for another marquee year in the fall. The 6-foot-3, 247-pounder unveiled an intense workout video to social media.

Henry’s workouts are insane as he pushes everything to the limit.

No one wants to tackle him in the second half of games and his workouts set him up to punish defenders late in matchups.
