The excitement left the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Nashville (Tenn.) as SEC Media Days are over.
All 14 institutions are preparing for fall camp and the college football season. Alabama football feels disrespected as it was not predicted to win a Southeastern Conference Championship. Nick Saban’s team is playing the underdog as it has tons of motivation heading into the fall. Jermaine Burton, a former Georgia transfer, enters his second year in Tuscaloosa, Ala.

He led the Crimson Tide in receiving yards (677) last year on 39 catches with seven touchdowns.
Burton suffered from dropped passes, but he expects to be better. The California native went live on Instagram, providing a message for the upcoming season. He says Alabama will be ‘lit’ and tells haters to stay where they are. JC Latham, a junior offensive tackle, told reporters at SEC Media Days that the Tide loves the disrespect and it will win a national championship.

Burton has been locked in all summer. Alabama has been at its best under Saban when it has something to prove.
