Elite in-state 4-Star RB Alvin Henderson trims recruitment

Alvin Henderson made the first cut to his 70-plus offer list Tuesday and released his top 10 schools. 

Henderson, who is a 2025 four-star running back out of Elba High School in Alabama, put Alabama, Auburn, Arkansas, Florida State, Georgia, Miami, Oregon, Penn State, Tennessee and USC in his top 10.

Alabama is one of the schools, that has consistently stood out to Henderson Throughout his recruitment. He feels he has a strong relationship with Tide’s running back coach Robert Gillespie and is interested in an opportunity to play alongside Alabama’s current 2025 running back commit. 

“Alabama always kept it real with me since day one,” Henderson recently told Touchdown Alabama. “I know Turbo (Anthony Rogers). That’s my guy. Me and him in the backfield together, that would be a crazy duo, especially with him being from Bama and me being from Bama too. We will be a crazy duo playing with each other.”
