Bryce Young will face two former Crimson Tide teammates as the Carolina Panthers battle the Detroit Lions.

Young, the No. 1 overall pick of the NFL Draft, is the starting quarterback for the Panthers. Jahmyr Gibbs, the No. 12 overall selection, is a talented rookie running back for the Lions. Brian Branch, the No. 45 overall draft pick, is a defensive back for the Lions. All three helped the Tide to 11 wins in 2022, including a 45-20 victory over Kansas State in the Allstate Sugar Bowl.
