After being released from the Chicago Bears earlier this week, Alex Leatherwood has already found his next NFL destination.
It was announced on Thursday that Leatherwood has been signed to the Cleveland Browns practice squad.
After helping Alabama win the national championship and Outland Trophy in 2020, Leatherwood was selected with the 17th overall pick in the NFL Draft by the Las Vegas Raiders. But Leatherwood would struggle immediately at offensive tackle for the Raiders and would be moved to guard before being released ahead of the 2022 season.
Leatherwood would then sign with the Bears where he appeared in just four games.
