The signing comes after starting linebacker Leighton Vander Esch was moved to the injured reserve with a neck injury and could miss from four to six weeks.
Evans first entered the NFL back in 2018 when he was a first-round pick by the Tennessee Titans where he played the first four seasons of his career.
In 2022, Evans signed with the Atlanta Falcons where he led the team with 159 tackles, six tackles for loss, two sacks, four pass deflections, one forced fumble and two fumble recoveries.
