Alabama’s defense did not have its best showing in the first half of the Iron Bowl.
Auburn has 181 yards rushing and two touchdowns, but Jalen Milroe made a critical play for the Crimson Tide.
The sophomore quarterback silenced the crowd at Jordan-Hare Stadium with a 68-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Jermaine Burton in the second quarter. Milroe’s completion gave Alabama a 17-14 lead, and it was his 20th scoring toss.

Milroe has 32 total scores on the season. Hopefully, the Tide can flip the switch in the second half.
