Alabama offensive coordinator Tommy Rees has emerged as a potential candidate for the Indiana head coaching job.
Rees, along with several other coaches, was named in a report from The Athletic’s Bruce Feldman on Sunday as to who the Hoosiers could be interested in bringing into consideration.
Indiana fired head coach Tom Allen over the weekend following a 3-9 season.
Rees joined the Crimson Tide this past offseason after serving as the offensive coordinator at Notre Dame from 2017-22.
After some early bumps in the road, Rees has transformed Alabama’s offense around quarterback Jalen Milroe who has been able to propel the team to the SEC Championship and a shot at the College Football Playoff.
