The Southeastern Conference should be exciting next season with an increase in competition.
Texas and Oklahoma join the conference from the Big 12, and two new head coaches — Mike Elko and Jeff Lebby — will challenge Nick Saban for Texas A&M and Mississippi State. Alabama football may have the toughest schedule in the SEC for 2024.

According to ESPN’s Chris Low, the Crimson Tide has some intriguing matchups.
Alabama will face Georgia in the regular season at Bryant-Denny Stadium on Sept. 28, 2024. It travels to the Tennessee Volunteers on Oct. 19, to LSU on Nov. 9, and to Oklahoma on No. 23. Alabama will have a challenging close to the 2024 season by facing LSU and Oklahoma on the road before returning home to play Auburn in the Iron Bowl on Nov. 30.
Next season also brings in the 12-team College Football Playoff format.
We will see how the Tide finishes this season, but people are starting to prepare for 2024.
