Pope is a product of Buford High School in Georgia. He is listed as a redshirt freshman on the Crimson Tide’s 2023 football roster.
The Georgia product signed with Alabama as a four-star recruit. He took a redshirt after his first year in Tuscaloosa. The former four-star played in 11 games during the 2023 football season as he saw snaps on special teams.
