Paul Constantine, the Director of Applied Science at the University of Alabama, is heading to the National Football League as an associated director of strength and conditioning for the Atlanta Falcons. Matt Zenitz of 247Sports reported the news on Tuesday as Constantine worked with 10 first-round picks during his time at Alabama. He came to Tuscaloosa (Ala.) with David Ballou and Dr. Matt Rhea from Indiana in 2020. Constantine helped the Tide capture a College Football Playoff National Championship during the Coronavirus pandemic. He helped with three Southeastern Conference Championships in 2020, 2021, and 2023.

Alabama fans will miss what Coach Constantine brought to the program.
