Kalen DeBoer expresses excitement to have Nick Sheridan and JaMarcus Shephard on his Alabama offensive staff

Alabama head coach Kalen DeBoer has his team going through its Fourth Quarter Program ahead of spring practice.

He finalized the coaching staff and added some players from the NCAA transfer portal. DeBoer is pleased with the character individuals on his staff, including his offensive coaches. He worked with Nick Sheridan and JaMarcus Shephard at Washington before both followed him to Tuscaloosa. Sheridan is the Crimson Tide’s offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach. Shephard is an assistant head coach, co-offensive coordinator, and wide receivers coach. He was the energetic voice in a video clip of the offseason program that Alabama put on its social media. DeBoer expressed excitement to be back with Sheridan and Shephard. 

Both helped Washington’s offense win a Pac-12 Championship and advance to the College Football Playoff National Championship Game last season. Sheridan and Shephard look to make the Crimson Tide explosive in the SEC.
