Xavier Tiller confirmed his top three schools on Friday.
Tiller is a product of Langston Hughes High School in Georgia. He is now considering Alabama, Auburn and Florida State ahead of official visits to each program.
The four-star previously expressed his high level of respect for the Alabama program.
“It is Alabama,” Tiller said. “What can you not like about Alabama? Me and coach (Bryan) Ellis, we got a great bond. I am one of his top guys out there. I appreciate that.”
The emphasis Alabama looks to put on using their tight ends in the future also stands out to Tiller.
“I like how they use the tight ends,” Tiller told Touchdown Alabama. I am a tight end that wants the ball, and they going to get the tight ends the ball.
At 6-foot-5 and 219 pounds, Tiller is a long and athletic weapon at tight end. He is difficult to bring down after the catch and can make some difficult contested catches.
