Alabama running back Jam Miller gives update on his injury

Alabama running back Jam Miller was seen wearing a sling at the Skippy’s Peanut Butter “Crushin’ It Tour” outside of the University of Alabama Student Center.

Miller told Alex Boothe of WVUA that he dislocated his collarbone during Saturday’s scrimmage. Miller said the collarbone is now back in place and is feeling better.

He also said that doctors did not opt to do surgery and added that doctors believe the recovery time will be ‘fast.’

Right now, Alabama is preparing for season opener against Florida State without Miller at the Tide’s disposal. Richard Young, Dre Washington, Daniel Hill and Kevin Riley are all players competing at this position that received solid feedback from offensive coordinator Ryan Grubb on Tuesday.
