Alabama football safety, Dre Kirkpatrick Jr. was arrested on multiple charges over the weekend, according to AL.com.
Kirkpatrick Jr. is a sophomore at Alabama.
The Alabama legacy was arrested on three counts of reckless endangerment, one count of attempting to elude and speeding, per Tuscaloosa County Jail records.
The University of Alabama released a statement following Kirkpatrick’s arrest.
“We are aware of an incident involving Dre Kirkpatrick Jr. and are working to gather more information,” a statement read.
