ESPN updated its playoff predictor Sunday after the Crimson Tide defeated the LSU Tigers.
Alabama now has a 96 percent chance to make the playoff, according to the AllState Playoff Predictor. Texas A&M, Ohio State and Indiana are the only other teams with higher chances. The Aggies and the Buckeyes have a 99 percent chance, while Indiana has greater than a 99 percent chance.
The Tide was ranked No. 4 in the first College Football Playoff rankings. Ohio State came in at No. 1, Indiana followed at No. 2 and the Aggies were one spot ahead of Alabama at No. 3.
Alabama will face its next test against No. 12 Oklahoma on Saturday, Nov. 15.
