Multiple members of Alabama football’s 2026 recruiting class are expected to enroll even earlier than previously expected.
A group of them have shared their plans with Touchdown Alabama to join the Crimson Tide for Rose Bowl prep, including Jett Thomalla (four-star quarterback), Zay Hall (three-star linebacker) and other Alabama early enrollees. They were previously expected to begin their careers at Alabama in January.
This has become a normal part of college football. These players will have an opportunity to experience their first Alabama practice at a critical time for the team. They will also get an opportunity to experience the Rose Bowl up close as they are expected to travel to California with the team.
This time could be critical for these young prospects, especially those who have aspirations of playing early. Cederian Morgan, an elite wide receiver prospect, is one of those players.
“That’s my number one goal, put my head down and work, and be a day one starter on the field and just be able to help the team out,” Morgan recently told Touchdown Alabama.
Alabama returns to the field to take on Indiana at the Rose Bowl on New Year’s Day.
