Another Alabama defensive lineman is entering the transfer portal. According to On3, Kelby Collins is going to enter the transfer portal after playing one season for the Crimson Tide.

Coming out of high school, Collins was a four-star defensive lineman. He played two years for the Florida Gators before transferring to Alabama last offseason.

In his three seasons of collegiate ball, the 6-foot-5 270-pound defensive lineman has totaled 40 tackles, four sacks and a forced fumbled. He finished the 2025 season with 10 total tackles and two sacks.

When you add up the number of players heading to the NFL, players that are transferring and players that are injured, the Alabama defensive front will look drastically different in 2025. The only returning defensive lineman that has playing experience at the Bandit position is Jordan Renaud.
