ESPN NFL Draft insider Matt Miller has no Alabama football player going in the first round of the 2026 NFL Draft in his latest mock.

Miller has Germie Bernard slated to be the first Alabama player off the board as the 34th overall pick to the Arizona Cardinals in the second round. Kadyn Proctor is listed as the pick behind Bernard as the No. 35 overall pick by the Tennessee Titans. Miller has the Jets selecting Ty Simpson as the No. 44 overall pick, and the Baltimore Ravens selecting LT Overton in the second round, a pick after Simpson at No. 45.

Alabama has produced a first-round pick in every NFL Draft since 2009. The last time Alabama did not produce a first-round pick was in 2008.

Both Simpson and Proctor are listed as potential first-round picks in other mocks. The duo still has an opportunity to earn first-round status in the pre-draft process by impressing NFL organizations. Bernard and Overton also have a chance to do so, given their potential to be early-round picks.

The NFL Draft will start on April 23. It will be held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
