KJ Green told Touchdown Alabama he has locked in an official visit with the Alabama Crimson Tide.
Green is a 2027 four-star edge out of Stephenson High School in Stone Mountain, Georgia. He will officially visit Alabama on the weekend of June 19.
Alabama football’s head coach Kalen DeBoer, the Tide’s General Manager Courtney Morgan and Alabama’s outside linebackers coach Christian Robinson all visited the four-star in Georgia in January.
“Everything was overly righteous,” Green told Touchdown Alabama when asked about the visit.
The Georgia product went on to tell Touchdown Alabama the Tide was the No. 1 team in his recruitment, following the time he spent with Alabama’s staff.
The 6-foot-5, 225-pounder looks to be a great fit for the Tide’s wolf linebacker position, with the potential to possibly be effective at the bandit position. He is an effective pass rusher with his ability to bend, combine with his athleticism and length. He is also strong at the point of attack against the run.
