KJ Green will return to Tuscaloosa for an unofficial visit next week, as contact with Alabama’s staff remains consistent.
Green is one of the top edge prospects in the 2027 recruiting class, and he attends Stephenson High School in Stone Mountain, Georgia. He currently garners a four-star rating from multiple recruiting sites with the potential to be recognized as a five-star recruit in the near future.
The Crimson Tide is one of the schools standing out to Green. He is set to return to Alabama this spring and has an official visit locked in for the week of June 18.
Green received a visit from Kalen DeBoer and multiple members of Alabama’s staff in January.
“Everything was overly righteous,” Green told Touchdown Alabama when asked about the visit.
The 6-foot-5, 225-pounder looks to be a great fit for the Tide’s wolf linebacker position, with the potential to possibly be effective at the bandit position. He is an effective pass rusher, utilizing his ability to bend, combined with his athleticism and length. He is also strong at the point of attack against the run.
