Jaden Upshaw has announced a commitment to Texas A&M. He chose the Crimson Tide over Alabama, Florida and Miami.
Upshaw is a 2027 four-star recruit out of Lee County High School in Leesburg, Georgia.
Alabama had been heavily involved with the four-star recruit since hiring Derrick Nix as its wide receiver coach. He was among the first wide receivers to get a re-offer from the Tide when Nix was hired. Alabama hosted the four-star last week before the Aggies got him on campus.
There are still several top 2027 wide receivers considering the Crimson Tide, including Monshun Sales, DeShawn Hall, DJ Huggins, Namajay Thompson and others. Each of the names listed before has an official visit locked in with the Tide.
