Kenneth Simon has confirmed he will announce a commitment decision on May 11.
Simon attends Brentwood Academy in Tennessee, and he is a 2027 four-star linebacker prospect. He is set to choose between Alabama, Georgia, Ole Miss and Tennessee.
At 6-foot-3 and 210 pounds, the rising senior is a linebacker who can play sideline-to-sideline with the ability to make tackles in space effectively. He flashes the potential to make plays as an off-the-ball linebacker and as an edge rusher. While getting after the passer may not be his primary role at the college football level, if he can translate his ability to pass rush effectively to the next level, he will have an opportunity to stay on the field more.
Alabama does not hold a commitment from a linebacker at the moment.
